Each copy of ACBA-EWP is registered to an individual user. When ever the user activates one of the primary EWP functions (e.g. create a New Working Paper) the system records who and when this was carried out.

The Change User Form defines the 'who' within the system record. You can change the user details if necessary.

Access this from from the main worsheet menu - 'ACBA Functions', 'EWP Project', 'Change User'.

This will generate the following form.

You can amend the details as required.

Remarks

These details are also used in the automated header to each registered Working Paper. There is limited space available for such headers. It is useful to keep these details as compact as possible.

If you have over reached the size of a header when creating a new working paper, the system will ask you to make the appropriate adjustments before processing it.
