The failsafe mechanisms are designed to prevent users from either losing their evidence or corrupting their EWP project.

The posting process will not start if

• you do not confirm that the active working paper is the right daily register, or
  
• the register is flagged as having already been processed
  

The posting process will stop automatically if

• you fail to specifiy the Download Folder
  
• you fail to specify the Picture Group Name
  
• the system cannot identify the first photograph in the group - usually because you have entered the Download Folder or Picture Group Name incorrectly
  

The posting process will warn you if

• some of the registered photographics do not have sufficient details associated with them to permit posting
  
• you will be given the option of either backing out or continuing
  
• the system will identify which of the items of evidence will not be processed on the basis of current information.
