The Table of Photographs is, effectively, the core of the Register.

The following columns should be completed by the user as he or she gathers evidence.

The description of the elements of the table is as follows:

Heading	Description or Function
Evidence Description	This text will be automatically posted in to the documentary Evidence Index during the posting process.
Original Source	Optional - but useful if you want to retain a record of where the photgraph came from
Source Commentary	Optional - only use if the additional info could prove valuable at a later stage
Project Ref	This should be one end of a Bi-Directional reference to the Working Paper where the evidence will be posted
Evidence Placement	This pinpoints where the Working Paper Reference will be placed in relation to the other end of the Bi-Directional reference - see above

The Evidence Placment column refers to the position on the primary Working Paper that will hold the reference to the Documentary Evidence Index.
