For non phototgraphic evidence, we recommend you store it in a folder outside but connected with the EWP Project folder.

The following shows an EWP Project folder called 'Claim Prep 2006' sitting above a 'Miscellaneous' folder. The latter was used to store electronic evidence at standard location prior to its import into the project.
