The Documentary Evidence Index is not strictly a registered Working Paper. It is a special worksheet which holds the information concerning evidence collected in connection with the EWP Project. Unusually, it is not hidden from view, but it is protected from editing sensitive information.
You gain access to the index via either
- a reference to an individual item of evidence or
- the shortcut tool bar

The user is permitted to
- edit the descriptions of the evidence in Column E - useful for making multiple entries more descriptive
- insert a hyperlink to Evidence using the 'Insert Hyperlink' worksheet button
- copy in documentary evidence where none exists already ('Fixed Location Projects only)
