The user can create a standard hyperlink to any external file or URL using the Insert Hyperlink button on the Audit Evidence Index

• First select the evidence in column E to which you want to create a hyperlink.
  
• The click the Insert Hyperlink button
  

You will be shown the standard hyperlink dialog, from which you can select a file to link to.

Remarks

This procedure is available to any EWP project, not just 'Fixed Location Projects'. But the hyperlinks may not work if you move the file.
