You can create a reference within the Index and copy in the relevant file at a later date.

• Access the Document Evidence Index (E - on the short cut tool bar)
  
• Select the reference you want - it should not have a blue hyperlink associated with it
  
• Call the copy in proceedure from the 'Copy In New evidence' button on the Documentary Evidence Index worksheet
