| Your First Working Paper |
It establishes
You create working papers using the 'Register new ACBA Electronic Working Paper' user form. This can be called either from the short-cut tool bar
or from the 'ACBA Functions' menu item on the standard Excel worksheet tool bar - 'ACBA Functions', 'EWP Project', 'Working Papers', 'Prepare New'.
You will be presented with a partly completed form as shown below.

Only the fields for 'Your Organisation' and 'Your Name or Initials' have been pre-completed.
All the fields (except 'ACBA-EWP Template') must be completed.
You will only need to complete the 'Org under Review' and 'ACBA-EWP Project' fields this one time. These are posted to the hidden project monitoring sheet and these fields are pre-completed each time you create a subsequent working paper.
If you have been through the 'Create Project Structure' process the 'Project Section or Module' and 'Project Sub-Section' have the appropriate lists in their drop downs.

Once you have selected the Module in which to post your working paper, only those Sub-Sections associated with that Module are available in the 'Project Sub-Section' field.
You must give the working paper a heading. It is in your interests that this should be as fully descriptive as possible. You may wish to bear in mind, though, that the working paper's context is already defined by the Module and Sub-Section within which it lies.

Clicking OK now will ulrimately generate the Working Paper below, but because this is the first working paper in the project there are some decisions to make before this can be processed. These are

The Working Paper below has now been indexed and registered. It is a blank template, but the provision of pre-configured templates is also an important part of the ACBA-EWP functionality
