This menu has five items.

• Add to Index - calls the user form to copy in and create a reference to an external file that verifies a data item within the EWP project
  
• Photo Register - creates a new Working Paper where a user can record the content of photographs taken in support of data within the EWP project
  
• Add Hyperlink - calls the built in Excel insert hyperlink form for creating links to evidence already recorded in the Evidence Index
  
• Turn Off Re-naming - is an advanced function that allows faster use of the 'Add to Index' form when the index becomes large
  
• Post in Photos - calls the function for automatically posting in photographic evidence recorded in the 'Photo Register' - it mimics the function of the button on the register itself.
